I just wanted to drop you a quick note after our first week of operating on Payroll Professional.

The training was fantastic! Testament to the service was that I was able to run payrolls immediately with the clients not noticing anything going on in the back ground. Professional and flexible in approach, completely beyond expectations helping out with any small question afterwards, a true credit to Payroll Professional.

We’ve had some trouble with our IT infrastructure meaning we needed to upgrade our server. Our IT support was swiftly helped along by the Payroll Professional support team with him commenting how helpful and professional they were! If they couldn’t resolve it on first call they called back exactly when they said they would. I know this doesn’t seem a lot but you’d be amazed just how much value the “little” things can give!

I’ve spoken with support team myself on a couple of issues, and as business owner it’s reassuring to know I have you guys there. This is simply world class in comparison to our previous supplier.

Both myself and Emma are extremely pleased and reassured we’re working with Payroll Professional.
